How to Order with ETSY

You can make an order through our ETSY store. If you like a certain colour combination from our website, or have a custom order, feel free to send us a message there!

IMPORTANT! Shipping Information

All items are shipped from Sydney, Australia

The new standard shipping fees for cosplay cat ears are as follows:

To Australia: $4.00 USD (+$1.00 for every additional item after)
To rest of the world: $7.50 USD (+$2.00 for every additional item)

The international rates are the usual rates for cosplay cat ear delivery by International Standard Air Mail only and are considered as an indicative value only. Insurance is not provided in the above rates. The shipping rates for the ears and other items can be found by visiting our Nekochii@ETSY store.

If we are out of stock (e.g. out of a certain colour of fur), the delivery time may be delayed by an additional 1-2 weeks. However, if this is the case, we will definately let you know when we recieve your order email.
Special requests and custom orders may require an additional 1-2 weeks in the delivery time. This is because we are incredibly proud of our own work, and we will not send you a poor quality custom item. If a customisation is requested we will keep in contact to ensure we can send you the best possible solution.
By ordering products from us you agree that we take no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damaged goods once the goods are recieved by the postal carrier for transit. However, if you choose to have your goods shipped by International Air Mail (with insurance) or Express Courier International you can contact us to resolve any situation that arises with regards to goods lost or damaged in transit.
By default we send your items with standard international Air Mail. If you would like to purcahse insurance, or request an express/courier service don't forget to let us know in your order email.
Delivery times are quite variable. We may even come across some unforseen problems that might delay an order. If there is an unusual delay while making your items, we will let you know by email. If you need to make a deadline of some sort, don't forget to make sure you order and make your payment with us far in advance of the due date!.
